What phones support eSIM?
iPhone XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3+, and most flagship phones from 2020 onwards. Check your phone settings for "eSIM" or "Add Mobile Plan".
Can I keep my regular SIM while using the eSIM?
Yes! eSIM works alongside your physical SIM. Use your regular SIM for calls/SMS and TriptapeSIM for data — or set it as your default. Most phones support dual SIM.
When does my data plan start?
Your plan starts the moment you first use data on the eSIM. So you can install it days before your trip without wasting any validity days.
What if I need help setting it up?

Can I top up or extend my plan?
Yes, you can purchase an additional plan for the same country from your dashboard. Select "Top-up" and we'll add data to your existing eSIM.
What happens if I run out of data?
You'll get a notification when you're nearly out. Simply purchase another plan from our website or app and it will be added instantly.
